Henry & Anna’s Room: $239 per night plus tax

Catharine’s Room: $199 per night plus tax

Olivia’s Room: $169 per night plus tax

Violet’s Room: $169 per night plus tax

Policies

• Payment: Personal checks, cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.
• Rates: Price is based on double occupancy.
• Taxes: All rooms are subject to 6% state sales tax and 1.1% Lancaster County tax (7.1% tax total).
• Peak Season: A two night minimum stay may be required during selected weekends or holidays.
• Maximum guests per room: 2
• To secure your room reservation: A credit card number is necessary
• Cancellation: If you must cancel, to avoid charges to your credit card, please notify us 7 days prior to check-in date by email at vivianbob@pheasantrunfarmbb.com
• Check-in time: 3 – 10 p.m. (Our “Self-check-in” enables you to arrive when it suits you, instruction are provided prior to your arrival.)
• Check-out time: 11 a.m.
• Smoking: We are a non smoking facility. Burning candles, incense or any other devices is also prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors.
• Children: Well-behaved children age 12 and over are welcome.
• Pets: No pets, please.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served at 9 a.m. in our dining room.
